After logging in, you’ll be taken straight to your Dashboard. Over time, this area will populate with widgets, metrics, and analytics tailored to your business, helping you monitor and improve your performance. You can even download and share widget images with your team.

Account Configuration

In Account Settings, you’ll find options to personalize your company profile, upload your logo or icon, and select supported currencies. The Reference Numbers section lets you customize terminology (e.g., rename “Loads” to “Orders” or “Quotes” to “Proposals”) and add prefixes or suffixes to your reference numbers for better organization.

Below, you’ll find additional settings and defaults—most are self-explanatory, but we’ll cover them in detail in future guides.

If you need help, our chat widget is always available in the corner. If our chatbot can’t answer your question, a team member will follow up promptly—no need to leave the platform or send emails.

You can also enter address information for your company or factoring partner, which will appear on your confirmations and invoices. On the right, you’ll find a complete list of application pages—a handy sitemap. Email settings are also easily accessible.

Creating Quotes and Loads

To create a Quote, click “Quotes” at the top, then the green “+” button. Select your customer (a “Test Customer” is available for new accounts), fill in the relevant fields, and use our Address Search to quickly find and save locations for future use. The system automatically stores new locations, line items, and products for easy reuse and analytics.

Add products, line items, or accessorials with a click, and delete items with a right-click—accidental deletions can be restored by our support team. Once your details are entered, use the “Miles” button to save the quote and calculate mileage in one step. Notes and images can be attached to almost any object for thorough record-keeping.

Print or email your quote directly to customers—email setup is quick and free with our support team’s help.

When a quote is accepted, convert it to a Load (for brokered shipments) or a Dispatch (for direct assignments). The system tracks these relationships and updates statuses automatically.

Carrier Onboarding

Adding a carrier is simple: search for the carrier, and DieselTMS pulls the latest FMCSA data for you. Add the carrier to your list with one click, and their information stays up to date. You can easily copy public data into the carrier profile as needed.

Rate Confirmations & Templates

Generate rate confirmations with our powerful PDF template builder. Start with our ready-made templates, customize as needed, and revert to previous versions if necessary. Our team is always available to assist.
